No. The Property Reality Check is a non-structural, visual inspection that documents what can be seen and flags concerns. Where an issue needs a structural engineer or qualified trade specialist, we tell you clearly and refer you — we don't pretend a visual check is an engineer's report.

These are independent visual inspection and evidence services. They give you honest documentation, measurements and observations to inform your decisions and hold sellers, agents and contractors to account. They dramatically reduce the risk of paying for something that isn't there.

They are not, by themselves, formal structural surveys, valuations or legal advice. Where work requires a qualified professional — a structural engineer, a licensed surveyor for a formal measured building survey, a quantity surveyor, or a lawyer — we say so plainly and refer you, and any formal certification or payment-release sign-off is provided by that appropriately qualified professional.
