Everything operational: listing and marketing on all channels, dynamic pricing, guest vetting and 24/7 communication, in-person check-ins and check-outs, cleaning and laundry between every stay, maintenance coordination, and your monthly statement and payout. You pay for utilities and any repair materials; our time and labour are covered by the fee.
Monthly, to your Ghanaian or foreign account, in GH₵ or US$. Each payout comes with a statement showing every booking, the gross income, and our 25% deduction.
Yes. You can block dates for personal use through us at any time. Owners typically give us two weeks' notice so we don't have to move confirmed guests.
New builds are our speciality. We'll advise on furnishing packages and setup that photograph well and suit short-let guests, so your property starts earning from the first available week. Furnishing costs are yours, but our guidance is free.
We ask for an initial six months so the listing can build reviews and ranking — that's what drives your income up. After that, it's rolling with one month's notice.
Every guest is vetted and every stay carries a security deposit. We inspect after each check-out, document any damage, and recover costs from the deposit before it's refunded.
