It's typically a little below the open-market peak — that gap is what pays for your certainty, the free management, and us carrying the void risk. Not at all — a large share of our landlords are in the diaspora. Everything is handled remotely: digital agreements, monthly statements, and payouts to Ghanaian or foreign accounts in GH₵ or US$.
